Disney Dining Reservations Go Back To 180 Days Starting Oct. 27th
This change goes into effect on October 27th, 2009.
Now you can make reservations 180 days prior to check-in either by calling (407) WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) or by using Disney World's online system at: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/
The on-line system is very easy to use. Just make sure that you have your resort confirmation number handy and the system will link the Dining Reservations to your room reservation.
If you plan on using the Disney Dining Plan it is highly recommended that you make your reservations prior to your arrival.
2010 Disney Dining Plan Prices Released
Here are the new 2010 rates:
Quick Service Dining Plan
Adults (Ages 10+) : $31.99 per day
Children: (Ages 3-9): $ 9.99 per day
Disney Dining Plan
Adults (Ages 10+) : $41.99 per day (regular season) / $46.99 per day (peak season)
Children: (Ages 3-9): $11.99 per day (regular season / $12.99 per day (peak season)
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan
Adults (Ages 10+) : $71.99 per day
Children: (Ages 3-9): $20.99 per day

This site provides one place to come to get current, up-to-date information about the Disney Dining Plan, answer common questions about the plans, and provide a strategy in order to get the best use and enjoyment out of the plan.
Disney Dining Plan Definitions
Table Service Meal: This is a meal at a Disney World Restaurant where you and your party are seated at a table and you are waited on. This includes restaurants where you order off of a menu and buffets.
A Table Service meal Credit can be used for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. It is up to the individual to decide.
If used for Breakfast it will include: Juice, Entrée & Non-alcoholic beverage or one full buffet. If used for Lunch or Dinner it will include: Entrée, Non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert or one full buffet.
Children (ages 3-9) must order off of Children’s Menu if it is available.
Gratuities (Tips) are not included.
Quick Service Meal: This is a meal where you order your meal and then pick it up at a counter. There may be seating available in the area or you may take the food with you to eat elsewhere. This is sometimes referred to as Counter Service meal.
A Quick Service meal Credit can be used for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. It is up to the individual to decide.
If used for Breakfast it will include: Juice, Entrée & Non-alcoholic beverage or one combo meal with one single serving of non-alcoholic beverage or juice. If used for Lunch or Dinner it will include: Entrée, Non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert or one combo meal with one single serving of non-alcoholic beverage plus one dessert.
Children (ages 3-9) must order off of Children’s Menu if it is available.
Snack:
A food item that can be purchased at a Quick Service Location, Outdoor Food Cart, and/or merchandise area. The food item is priced at $4.00 or less and will be designated with the Dining Plan Snack Symbol on the posted menu board.
Disney Dining Plan (DDP)
- One (1) Table Service meal
- One (1) Quick Service meal
- One (1) Snack
for each night of your stay.
You may use these entitlements in any order that you wish. Any entitlements that are not used by midnight of your checkout day will expire and be forfeited.
Everyone staying in your room must participate in the plan. You must participate for the entire duration of your reservation.
Costs of the Disney Dining Plan for 2009:

Children: (Ages 3-9): $10.99 per day

Quick Service Dining Plan

Locations are found in each of the four Disney World Theme Parks ( Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, & Disney’s Animal Kingdom), both of the water parks (Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach), Downtown Disney, Disney’s Boardwalk Area, and each of the Walt Disney World Resorts.
Tracking Dining Plan Credits
Each time you use the Dining plan, your receipt will tell you how many credits were used and how many you have remaining for that dining category. You can also go to guest services in your resort and they can look it up for you.
